We thank you for coming forward to lodge complaints. India needs more people like you! Please read the following before posting any complaint:
(1) Please give full details of your complaint such as date, place, exact nature of grievance and names & addresses of offices which may be responsible for your grievance.
(2) Please do not post personal complaints, like disputes between family members, tenants-landlords etc. However you may complain in case of deficiency in any government departments. For example police not registering your complaint.
(3) Please also do not post any suggestions or ideas. For example, do not post suggestions like government should plant more trees or people should not litter.
(4) Do not post general complaints such as There is corruption in ABC department. Instead, write Mr. XYZ of ABC department is corrupt. Give maximum details.
(5) Do not use abbreviation. Write full names of companies, schemes, departments etc.
(6) We only accept complaints where any law or rule is violated or where there is deficiency or delay in government services.
(7) Complaints against private companies will be accepted only in case of scam / cheating.
