Subject : Kota {Rajasthan} - Delay in supply of HP gas cylinders after booking

Complaint Description :
Dear Sir,
 
I am a domestic user of HP Gas (Consumer No. 606548, Road No. 05, Kota). I booked a  gas cylinder on 02/12/2009 but Gas agency dealer told me that minimum 15 days is the waiting period.
 
All gas agency distributors are invloved in black marketing. Pl help.
