Complaint Description :  
I have applied for the passport nearly 9 months back and have yet not received any information since then. A man came in from some dob office took my documents that too 6 months before and since then utter confusion persists. Please advice me what further steps can I take to resolve my issues. Your complaint has been forwarded to 165, The Regional Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, 4 Brabourne Road Kolkatta., vide Courier Dispatch No. Dated ?05-05-2012. We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise we shall take next action on 04-06-2012.(sunil)
