Complaint Description :

the readings for past few month are as follows:

mar.09 >200units

may.09 > 186units

jul.09 > 192units

sep.09 > 844units

 

The sudden hike in readings without any change in consumption shows that either the reading is not fair or the meter is not giving fair readings.

The behaviour of meter reader is also very bad. We don't knw by what time he came for readings. Whether he comes or not.
