respected sir,
i have applied for a passport of my son ZIYAN AARIB SIDDIQUI (DOB 30-1-2010) ON 4-1-11. first they said police enquiry was pending . then i went to the police station and got the copy and submitted ... now from past 4 months the status on the site is showing that the passport will be dispatched in a weeks time. two agents approached me and one demanded 12000 rs and the other 15000rs. i have tried with the grievance cell no one answers the fone or the emails. the officials are rude even the centri standing outside they treat us as we are some beggers. sorry state of affairs is that two agents approached me near the passport office and said that they will get my problem solved in two days and that i have to shell out 13000 to 15000 bucks.....just to get a minors passport? they justify it by saying that thousands of passports are pending and the officials are demanding it to get the work done. i dont know if they were true or not didnt ask there wherabouts too as i wasnt interested in bribing anyone. sir kindly take up my case and help me aquiring the passport.
