My travel details below:
I booked these 2 tickets from chennai to goa 29th april 2011. When we reached the airport the Airindia staffs confirmed that flights are cancelled due to strike and no alternative arrangements were made by them. They said refund will happen to my credit card automatically in 15 days also since these are cancellations because of strike no need to intiate any request from my side. After waiting for 20 days called the call centre they confirmed to send a mail to [email protected]
stating refund request.Only if mail is sent refund can be intiated. After 10 days called the call center again to my dismay it is still not marked as refund. You mail them again. Mailed them again and also called them they said you better go to near by airindia office to check your refund status. So went to Airindia office at Egmore, chennai. They gave a nasty laugh saying you will received it but nore sure when was the reply from the airindia manager.
Have send several mails to ecommerce and made many calls to the call center. But no response now they have started dis connecting my calls if i question about refund.
