प्रकाश यादव है और मैं आजमगढ़ का रहने वाला हूँ मेरी समस्या यह है की मेरी
माता जी की पेंसन जनवरी 2010 से लेकर दिसम्बर 2010 तक की पेंसन नहीं मिल
पाई है|मैंने नवम्बर 2009 में जीवित प्रमाण पत्र जमा नहीं किया था जिसकी
वजह से पेंसन नहीं मिल पाई थी | लेकिन मैंने अब जीवित प्रमाण पत्र जमा कर
दिया है और जनवरी 2011 से पेंसन मिल रही है लेकिन पिछला जनवरी 2010 से
लेकर दिसम्बर 2010 तक की रुकी हुई पेंसन का भुकतान नहीं किया गया| (नाम -
