passport ref no-g 005932, DOB - 01-06-50, application dated - 7/9/10

2 and i have received the passport recently by my Wife name - parwati basappa gevargi
Passport ref no- g 006014, DOB - 20/12/61, application dated on - 15/9/10

We both applied for passport from RPO-gulbarga, its been 6mths no passport. We visited Bangalore RPO office(koramangala) and enquired about this, they miss placed few papers and we have submitted those again 1mth back. They said we will receive passport in 10days,but no update nor passport.
We were suppose to visit my daughter at UK last month but unless we get our passports how can we travel. We need to be in UK asap to support my daughter's delivery. Please help us.

Your complaint has been forwarded to The Regional Passport Office Bangalore,
8th Block, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala,Bangalore -560095, vide Courier Dispatch No. 580620872 Dated–23.03.11. We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party shall take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem resolved. Jago Party shall move application under RTI Act, if no suitable action is taken within 30 days.(K.P)

Even after 30 days no action was taken. So we forwarded the complaint under RTI act to The Public Information Officer,The Regional Passport Office Bangalore, 8th Block, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala, Bangalore -560095 , under RTI Act. Vide Courier Dispatch No 580744926 Dated – 27.04.2011.(K.P)

Hi, My father D.B.Gowd and mother D.parwathi got their passports after 8 months. Thanks for help and support Jago party. Please close this complaint now.
