Complaint Description :  
RESPECTED SIR,I HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW PASSPORT ON 28-10-2010 AND MY FILE REFERENCE NUMBER IS HYD-H023368-10 ,MY POLICE VERIFICATION WAS CLEAR AND PASSPORT WAS EXPECTED TO DISPATCHED BY 30-12-2010,BUT IT WAS NOT DISPATCHED.NOW FROM LAST ONE MONTH IT'S GIVING A REPEATED STATUS MESSAGE STATING"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " NOW PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING MY PASSPORT TO THE EARLIEST.

Your complaint has been forwarded to The Regional Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, Kummaraguda, Secunderabad- 500 003. by Speed Post Dispatch No. sp EN428292225IN dated 1-02-2011 We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party will take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem resolved. Jago Party will move application under RTI Act, if no suitable action is taken within 30 days.
