Hi
I was unable to collect my passport when delivered and it was returned to Bangalore Passport office. After multiple time posting explanatory letter along with the current address to deliver the passport, no communication has happened.It has been almost 2.5 years. I am in urgent need of the passport for an official travel, but I am left with no option now. Visiting in person to Bangalore for claiming is the only solution but doesn't seem hopeful as I have already tried this. I am currently located in Gurgaon, Haryana, let me know if there is anyway I can get this resolved.file no.W15038808.

Your complaint has been forwarded to The Regional Passport officer, RPO 8th block 80 feet road Koramangala bangalore 560095 vide Courier Dispatch No. 580601536 Dated –30/12/2010.We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party shall take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem solved. Jago Party shall move application under RTI Act, if no suitable action is taken within 30 days.

Even after 30 days no action was taken. So we forwarded the complaint under RTI act to The Public Information Officer, The Regional Passport officer, RPO 8th block 80 feet road Koramangala bangalore 560095.under RTI Act. Vide Courier Dispatch No 580654947 Dated – 07/01/2011.

I dont understand teh post dated-07/01/2011 which also shows dispatch number. Has the passport been dispatched?

Even after 45 days no action was taken. So we forwarded the complaint to the Appeal under RTI act to The Public Information Officer, he Regional Passport officer, RPO 8th block 80 feet road Koramangala Bangalore 560095 RTI Act. Vide Courier Dispatch No 580620836 Dated – 01.03.2011.(K.P)
