Hyderabad:Change of address & issue of additional booklet

I have applied to Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad for change of address and issue of additional booklet on 9th April 2010. File reference number is HYD-R003093-10. Police verification was completed and I received an intimation from Police station on 3rd May 2010 that the passport enquiry report was submitted by them to Regional Passport office. I am regularly checking the Regional Passport Office website which states as under since May 2010:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".

Regional passport office.
Secunderabad by email ([email protected]) and it has been posted in the government grievance portal (http://pgportal.gov.in/)
The complain id is GOVAP/E/2010/00627.If no action is taken within 30 days,jago will go ahead with RTI Act 2005 to get this problem solved.(S.T)

Even after 30 days no action was taken. So we forwarded the complaint under RTI act to The Public Information Officer, Deputy Passport Officer, Regional passport office. Secunderabad,under RTI Act. Vide Courier Dispatch No 580654935 Dated – 07.01.2011.

Jago party tried to contact Mr.Chandrachud but could not contact due to not reachable.Jago party want to know the status of your complaint
Whether it is solved or not
if complaint is not resolved we will forward to Appellate Authority under RTI act for further action.
