Subject : Bhubaneswar: complains against the kiit university Bhubaneswar
Complaint Description :  
As per the above subject mentioned that I have a complain against the kiit university. Sir I am divya gupta student of U.G course and I have fight kiitee-2010 for BIOTECH DUAL DEGREE. my parents had attend the counseling on 9th June due to my sickness and they had deposited all the fees required by the university Rs 50000 by DD no at the spot for admission after semester or hostel fee of 85000 Rs sent from the DD no---------------------------------- on …………June. All the procedure for the admission is completed by me on the date but no letter of reporting date sent by the university in written on time. Suddenly a message is received which was very late for me and I got ill so I am unable to attend that which was informed to the university but no action take place when this was getting late I think my admission was cancelled now so I have send a mail to university for fee refund after this my father personally went there and gave them an application of refund they have receipt of it but no action take place after that many phone calls make by me and many mails or letter done by me but till now no action is placed so at last I am coming to you for this complain. Sir I have no admission now and not enough money for taking admission any where what should I do now I am in very big trouble my future was damaged and there no possibility for rising up . So I want your help because you want to change the India you are the fighter against the corruption so I think you must have help me please make sure action against the university as soon as possible because this is the question of future of a student. So make sure action sir please……………………….

Your complaint has been forwarded to The Mayor. Municipal Corporation, Alwar, Rajasthan , vide Courier Dispatch No. 580493122 Dated –01.11. 2010.We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party shall take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem resolved. Jago Party shall move application under RTI Act, if no suitable action is taken within 30 days.

Even after 30 days no action was taken. So we forwarded the complaint under RTI act to The Public Information Officer,The Mayor. Municipal Corporation, Alwar, Rajasthan , under RTI Act. Vide Courier Dispatch No 580674804 Dated – 13.01.2011.
