I have made a compliant through website of Symphony on repair to be made by Symphony Air Cooler Brought 1/2 yr ago which had expired warranty, and i was ready to pay the expenses. I services guys of Symphony a renowed company didn't attend for about a month after continous follow up on phone & website. Then a technician was sent & he replaced the defective part with wrong one & i had to recompliant the same & till date i.e almost 2.5 months & summer is ending there is no response from company. I want to expose this to all Citizens on how companies fool on after sales services.
