sirs,im living in chittaurgah.im a consumer of bharat gas.mostly there is much delay in supply&if gas in returned once,its very tough to get back gas at home.most of time contact no.is either busy or gets no reply.is sms facility still not started?how long we ve to wait for deliveryman. one more thing,this agency has charged rs.40 for regular check at home on dated 4-9-2009 vide receipt no.1655.but still today nobody came to inpect the gas.six months has elapsed.please,help us.thanks. sampat ram laddha,consumer no.8686,at chittorgarh{rajsthan}

We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party shall take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem resolved.
