Subject : Indore: Wine Shop in the Colony of Indore Development Auth

Complaint Description :
A wine shop is running in our colony. How the Police, Exicise Department and local authorities are overlooking the facts, any body can see from the following facts :
1. The wine shop has been sanctioned for village Ahirkedi (Rural Area) and it is running in Indore Municipal Limit.
2. The shop is operating on the Plot of residential colony developed by IDA, in which no commercial activities can be done.
3. this is 7th year I am viewing this and complaining for but no action has yet been taken.

Please do the need ful.

We received a reply from Mr. Chandra Shakher Joshi that the complaint is solved and he said Thank you sir, The shop has been shifted in rural area ,though it is shifted just in front of existing shop. But it is not in our colony. Thanks a lot once again.

Your complaint has been forwarded to The Superintendent of Police, Office of the Commissioner, Customs,Central Excise & Service Tax, Indore vide Courier Dispatch No. 199773935/36 Dated 29.03.2010. We expect that concerned officers will take strict action promptly. Otherwise, Jago Party shall take suitable action under RTI Act, anti-corruption acts etc to get this problem resolved.

The shop is situated in Satyadev Nagar, Just Behind Hawa Bunglow, CAT Road, INDORE
