I have read you r answer about government corruption before posting the earlier qustion.you are saying that "The very institutional mechanism in the government tends to generate corruption, however strict rules you may make." Cannot we change it i.e cannot we chnage thr rules and regulations of governmaent in such a way that there is no corruption. You are saying that by privitazation we can acheive zero corruption,do u believe that private people are not influenciable by bribe, they can be influencible like government officials. And you are saying by privitazation we get cheaper rates ,no we donot get.for example take any sector in india which are run by government and private, for example trasportation in Andhra pradesh private people charge more than government transportation. If all the sectors are privitized (except defence, law research,)they do not pay enough salaries and there will be no proper answers to our problems. You are saying that we would appoint secret agents to find corrupt officials,I am asking cannot we appoint the same people for all sectors in government sectors or we canintroduce a special ministry for that purpose. |
